Dr Abdus Salam Award Ceremony is postpone due to Corona Virus threat situation
Dear all,
The Committee on Dr Abdus Salam Award of Excellence have decided to postpone the award ceremony in Sydney on 5th April for public' safety and health officials advise to avoid large gatherings. The application will however continue to be accepted till 18th March 2020.
During this period, a lot of feedback has also been received from the Community relating to the format, name, and areas of awards. The Committee for award for excellence is sensitive and responsive to community's feedback and will definitely seriously consider these and inform of its decision. The criterion for the achievers will however not change for 2020 and top 5 Pakistan-Australian students achieving highest ATAR shall be awarded with a Excellence Award Certificate and Apple iwatch.
We will reschedule the event and announcement of New date will be issued later.
