In Australia, Pak diplomats are raising Kashmir issue at every forum

President Kashmir Council of Australia Dr Ali Sarfraz hosted a dinner in the Honour of High Commissioner Babar Amin

On Thursday, 24th Oct 2019, The President Kashmir Council of Australia Dr Ali Sarfraz, former President Pakistan Association hosted a dinner in the Honour of the High Commissioner for Pakistan H.E. Mr. Babar Amin. The dinner was held at the famous Pakistani restaurant “Lal Qila” Surry Hills Sydney. The dinner was attended by the Honourable Shaoquett Moselmane MLC, Minister-Consellor Pak High Commission Canberra Mr. Tariq Wazir, Defence Advisor of Pakistan High Commission Australia Brigadier Asim Khan, Mumtaz Mian, Syed Zafar Hussain, Hafiz Shahid Iqbal and Abdul Ghafoor Butt.

During the conversation, High Commissioner for Pakistan H.E. Mr. Babar Amin said that Human rights abuses in Jammu and Kashmir, a disputed territory administered by India, are an ongoing issue and Pakistan's stance on the peaceful resolution of Jammu and Kashmir dispute. H.E. Babar Amin said that in Australia, we are raising Kashmir  issue at every forum. The High Commissioner Babar Amin said that during my meetings with dignitaries, I discuss and highlight the issue of Kashmir and we hope that Australian Government will play its positive role on the international level.
