On Thursday 28 February 2019, Premier of New South Wales “HARMONY DINNER” was held at the Grand Pavilion Rosehill gardens, Racecourse, Sydney Australia. The NSW Premier Hon. Gladys Berejiklian and Minister for Multiculturalism Hon. Ray Williams holds a doorstop for Multicultural media just before officially start of the Harmony Dinner. The Premier, Minister and Chair of NSW Multicultural speaks on different topics of public interest & answer the questions of Journalists.

Hosted by the Hon. Ray Williams, Minister for Multiculturalism, in the presence of the Hon. Gladys Berejiklian MP, Premier of New South Wales, the Premier’s Harmony Dinner is a glittering gala to recognise and celebrate the significant contributions made by our multicultural leaders.

Attended by over a one thousand Five hundred representatives of our diverse State, the evening is a sit down cultural dress or black tie dinner, featuring incredible special performances. It was sold out successful event which was starts 8 years before Minister of Multicultural and Citizenship Hon. Victor Dominello.

Hon. Gladys Berejiklian MP said;
I am proud to welcome you all tonight to our
annual Harmony Dinner in celebration of our State’s success as one of the most
harmonious multicultural states in the world. Premier Hon. Gladys Berejiklian
said on behalf of the NSW Government, I would like to once again affirm our
commitment to fostering a society in which everyone can make a positive
contribution, and where everyone can enjoy the benefits of a truly
multicultural society.

the Hon. Ray Williams, Minister for Multiculturalism said It is my honour this
year to also recognise key community members with the presentation of my
Waratah Awards.
The Hon. Ray Williams said as the Minister for
Multiculturalism, it is my privilege to stand alongside such inspiring people,
who together with the NSW Government, strive for a NSW that welcomes people
from all walks of life and recognises their significant contribution to our
harmonious society.
A special part of the night was the announcement of those to be inducted into the Multicultural Honour Roll. Those honoured are recognised for their outstanding achievements in contributing to and building the successful multicultural society we enjoy today.
The Premier also presents the Premier’s Multicultural Community Medals recognising outstanding achievements in building community harmony, contributions by young people, community service, regional communities, and the NSW economy, to name a few.
Most of guests were wearing wonderful impressive dress. A prize also awarded for Best Cultural Dress on the evening. The Premier’s Harmony Dinner continues to celebrate the NSW Government's commitment to a cohesive and inclusive society in which cultures, languages and religions of all citizens are accepted and appreciated.
