Major General ® Dr Azhar Mahmood Kayani was Chief Guest of Edhi International Australia’s Fundraising dinner in Canberra

Edhi International Foundation Australia Canberra chapter organized Edhi fund raising dinner + Entertainment event on Sunday 27 Jan 2019. Over 100 community members attended this event. The Chief Guest of the event was Major General ® Dr Azhar Mahmood Kayani from Pakistan who also shed his views on Edhi sahib's life and his charity work in Pakistan and abroad.

Welcome note by Javed Butt to all invited guests followed by dinner and entertainment. MC of the evening was Dr Zain Qadri who also provided presentations on Edhi's projects and charity drive. The event was a great success due to hard work of all Edhi volunteers and community members.

Entertainment part was led by Hasib Khan who managed the all singers for this event. Shahzad Kayani, Nasir Khan and Dr Fatima performance was appreciated by all the audience in the hall. Dr Fatima’s first public performance was amazing she sang few duets with Nasir Khan. All singers performed very well and appreciated by audiences.

Three course of meal was prepared by Taj Agra restaurant in Canberra. Edhi International Foundation Australia (Canberra Chapter) would like to thanks all people who participated to make this fundraising event successful.
