The High Commission for Pakistan in Canberra Hosted a Talk on
“Minds & Machines: The Human Factor in the AI Revolution”
On Monday, 12th
August 2024, the Pakistan High Commission in Canberra, in collaboration with
TenX, hosted a high-profile event titled “Minds & Machines: The Human
Factor in the AI Revolution”. The event attracted an audience from the
diplomatic corps, Australian government representatives, academia and other
walks of life.

The keynote address was
delivered by Dr. Stephen Brobst, the
Chief Technology Officer of Ab Initio Software. Dr. Brobst, a leading expert in
machine learning and advanced data management, shared his insights into the
transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on various industries. He
emphasized the crucial role of human expertise in guiding the ethical and
effective application of AI technologies, particularly in the realm of
Generative AI.
“As we advance in AI, it

he stated.
