The President Koocha-E-Saqafat Australia Mr. Javed Nazar and his sincere team arranged a exclusive evening in Sydney with Pride of Pakistan Anwar Maqsood. Anwar Maqsood Hameedi commonly known as Anwar Maqsood is a Famous Pakistani scriptwriter, television host, satirist, humorist, and infrequent actor. In Sydney, Anwar Maqsood speaks one and half hour without sitting and without drinking water. Audience was 100% impressed from the live performance of Anwar Maqsood and behalf of the Australian Pakistani Community, we would like to congratulate Anwar Maqsood for his unique performance & Presentation.

This event was held on Saturday, 24th March 2018 at the Rockdale Town Hall Sydney. This function was attended by hundreds community members. The Honourable Shaoquett Moselmane MP and Consul General of Pakistan in Sydney Abdul Majid Yousfani were the Chief Guests. Anwar Maqsood presented special talk on Pakistan’s current political situation, Pak Army, Mian Nawaz Sharif, National Cultural, social issues and literature on the title “Pakistan 70 ka, Anwar Maqsood 78 ka”. All audience appreciates the presentation of “Anwar Maqsood Live Show”. This event was also attended by Mr. Anjum Ayaz who is universal Pakistani sculptor, theatre director, painter and actor.

Koocha-E-Saqafat Australia function punctually commenced at 7.30pm and all presentation was concluded at 9.00pm with dinner prepared by Hafiz Kamran’s Catering Company. After the official programme, Star of the Show Mr Anwar Maqsood returned to Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach where Anjum Ayaz, Uzma Gillani, Dr Sayeed Khan, Syed Zafar Hussain, Hamid Khan, Fareeza Khan, Amna Rizwan, Ghazala Khan and Aasma met Mr Anwar Maqsood, had dinner at his room and spent 4 hours with Anwar Maqsood from 9.30pm – 1.30am.

In this purely private exclusive sitting, Mr. Anwar Maqsood spoke off the record about Pakistani Political system, upcoming General election, Pak India Relations, Pakistan’s Film Industry, Print and electronic Media, Malika-e-Tarannum ,the queen of melody Noor Jehan, Pakistani television film and stage actor & comedian Moin Akhtar. Veteran Pakistani television actress Uzma Gillani who is known for her tough nature and autocratic choice of roles, Uzma Gillani is considered to be one of the greatest television actors of all time in Pakistan.Uzma Gillani is living permanently in Sydney as Australian Citizen and during the conversation with Anwar Maqsood, Uzma Gillani give a lot of historical pleasure references about work with Anwar Maqsood and expressed her highly appreciations for Anwar Maqsood. Uzma Gillani and all others at the end, thanked Anwar Maqsood for kindly giving more than four hours from his busy schedule and personal time.
