On Wednesday, 5th February 2025, Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed across Australia, reaffirming unwavering support for the people of Indian-Occupied Jammu & Kashmir in their just struggle for self-determination.

At the main event in Sydney, H.E. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, High Commissioner for Pakistan to Australia, joined distinguished speakers—including Hon. Senator David Shoebridge, Hon. Lee Rhiannon (Former Senator for NSW), Hon. Shaoquett Moselmane (Former Member, NSW Legislative Council), Mr. Usaid Khalil (Senior VP, IFAM), and Mr. Qamar Zaman, Consul General—in expressing solidarity with Kashmiris and calling for an end to human rights violations.

The program featured powerful Urdu poetry by Tehmina Rao & Mr. Ejaz Sahir followed by a poignant photo exhibition showcasing the resilience of the Kashmiri people.
