Candle light vigil at Pakistan High Commission Canberra on Friday December 19, 2014 at 9:00pm
Dear Community members!
The High Commission is holding a candle light vigil at the High Commission on Friday December 19, 2014 at 9:00 pm at the High Commission (4 Timbarra Cres, O’Malley, ACT 2607) for those martyred in Tuesday's terrorist attack at the Army Public School, Peshawar. Please circulate the information not only among the Pakistani community but also wider community living in Canberra.
Please bring candles and flowers to pay homage to our children who were martyred by terrorists. It is time we stand united in our resolve that sacrifices of our children would not go in vain and we would uproot this menace of terrorism from Pakistan, once for all. Also note that some local Australians have already signed the condolence book and have left flowers for the victims.
