High Commissioner Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri hosted a dinner in the honour of Pakistan Parliamentarians Delegation

The 67th  Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) will be hosted by the Parliament of New South Wales and the CPA New South Wales Branch in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia from 3 to 8 November 2024. The conference will bring some 700 delegates from 53 Commonwealth countries to Sydney in November 2024, where they'll share best practice, forge conn67th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference, Sydney, themes are Engage, Empower, sustain: Charting the Course for Resilient

Democracy. Delegates from National Assembly and all Provincial Assemblies from Pakistan are attending. Glimpses of their visit to NSW Parliament, Consultations and continue to work together to uphold and further parliamentary democracy.

On Tuesday, 5th Nov 2024, the high Commissioner Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri hosted a dinner in the honour of Pakistani delegation. The event was held at the “Lal Qila” Restaurant Darling Harbour Sydney and attend by large number of Pakistani Australians.

The host High Commissioner Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri and Consul General of Pakistan in Sydney Mr. Qamar Zaman Welcomes members of the delegation. H.E. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri said that I am proud on Australian Pakistani community’s hard work & achievements and they are promoting Pak Australia friendship and practically showing positive image of Pakistan in Australia.

Former Federal Minister Syed Naveed Qamar MNA briefly talks about the Conference and thanks for hospitality by the Pakistani diplomates. He appreciated the positive Role of the overseas Pakistanis and acknowledging the key role of overseas Pakistanis in the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
