At the Border of Victoria and New South Wales only Mosque between Sydney and Melbourne
Albury Wodonga is the largest regional
town at the border of Victoria and New South Wales. Local Muslim population is
increasing and many travellers stop here to pray and current space does not
accommodate. As a result brothers need to pray outside.
Islamic Society
of Albury-Wodonga (ISAW) has bought an old house more than two years ago.
ALHAMDULILLAH ALBURY CITY COUNCIL HAS APPROVED THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION (DA)
FOR THE MOSQUE IN OCTOBER 2015.
Now only thing we need is money to build it. The total project cost is estimated around $500,000. We request you donate generously for this noble cause. May Allah SWT give you reward for your contribution.
