Assalam-o-Alaikum Dear Brothers
and Sisters,
Muslims around the world will be celebrating Eid-ul-Adha this year in
Zhul-Hijjah. The Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF), which is Minhaj-ul-Quran
International's platform for social and welfare services throughout the world,
will make this Eid a moment of hope and joy for our brother and sisters who live
in impoverished conditions in the world.
Like every year, Minhaj-ul-Quran Australia (MQA) will be organising Qurbani on
behalf of its members and well-wishers through Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF).
The Qurbanis are performed in poor countries and the meat is distributed among
the poor and needy, to enable them join in the celebrations of this occasion.
As usual, Minhaj-ul-Quran Australia appeals all Muslim brothers and sisters
living in Australia to participate in its Qurbani campaign to serve the
humanity. Following are the rates that have been fixed by MWF for this year.
Please note that these prices are as per the rates of animals in Pakistan.
One part of Cow:
AU$ 80/- (Note: there will be 7 parts in one Cow)
Lamb: AU$ 180/-
Goat: AU$ 205/-
Please move forward to serve the humanity and submit your Qurbani contributions
to the MQA committee or you can directly transfer your contributions to the

Important Note: Please include your name in the Description while making the

Name(s) of the Qurbani maker:
Qurbani Detail: Goat or Lamb or Parts of Cow, with quantity of each.
This information will be used to verify the contribution and to do the correct
Qurbani for the person.
We hope that you will participate in the service to the poor and needy and will
please Allah (s.w.t.) and His beloved Prophet (s.a.w.).
Remember! Qurbani is Wajib (necessary) for all sane, adult Muslims (both men and
women) who are eligible to pay Zakah. Qurbani can also be performed to bring
rewards for our beloved Prophet (PBUH), one's spouse, relatives and friends.
