Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Dr. Muhammad Farooq Sattar recently came on official visit to Australia. He visites Sydney,Malbourne and Canberra.In Sydney,MQM Australia hosted a dinner in the honour of Honourable Doctor Muhammad Farooq Sattar.
In Sydney,a dinner hosted and attended by a large number of communities on Saturday 19 May 2012, the Federal Minister said Pakistan’s economy can grow at a fast rate with emphasis on creating production and employment opportunities and by imparting right skills and knowledge. He said our priority should be to increase the manufacturing base in Pakistan. Addressing the concerns of the community, he informed the community about the latest status relating to voting and seats in parliament for overseas Pakistan.
Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Dr. Muhammad Farooq Sattar also informed of the special procedure he is having enforced for protection of their investment and property and desired that MRP facility may be started at the earliest in Sydney and Canberra missions so that Pakistani living in Australia can avail this Hajj season.
