Hafeez Chaudhri hosted a Dinner in the honour of Visiting Pakistan Cricket Team
On Saturday. 2 December 2023, The High
Commissioner for Pakistan to Australia H.E. Mr Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri hosted the
Pakistan team and accompanying officials for dinner at “Pakistan House” in
Canberra.
The High Commissioner expressed his best wishes for Pakistan team in the three-test
series against Australia.

Describing Cricket as a common passion between
Pakistan and Australia, Host of the Evening Mr. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri expressed
the hope that the series will further strengthen ties between the two countries
and the peoples.
The manager of Pakistan team Mr Naveed Akram Cheema thanked the High
Commissioner for the warm hospitality.
The team will play a warmup match in Canberra
against the Prime Minister’s XI from 6-9 December. The Prime Minister Hon. Anthony
Albanese will be also hosting the Pakistan Cricket team on 5 December at the
Prime Minister House.
