& Memorable musical evening organised by the Urdu Academy

A successful musical event was organised by the Urdu Academy of Australia on Sunday 8th August at Zyka Restaurant Sydney. The evening was attended and thoroughly enjoyed by prominent Pakistani community members of Sydney & Wollongong.
The evening was hosted by Noshi Gillani as she explained the purpose and objectives of the Urdu Academy. The special singing talent “Nadeem Abbas” mesmerised the audience with the songs of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan along with famous ghazals and folk music. On this occasion, Nadeem Sheikh from Urdu Academy & Khalil Allawala from Eidhi Foundation also managed to raise funds for the flood victims in Pakistan.
